Thanks to all who contributed so generously this month - ‘urgently needed’ list; Tins of Rice Pudding; Noodles; Jam; Tea; Coffee ( apparently if you buy a large jar of coffee, the Gate ll 5 bags with the coffee which can be distributed to different people) Not so urgent but still needed are;

Tinned fruit; Meat Paste; Tinned ham/corned beef; Tinned veg; Individual packets of custard powder; Pasta and sauce; savoury rice; Packets cheese sauce mix; instant potatoes; Weetabix/variety packs; Bottles of squash.

House Group

A Christian group from various churches and denominations gather for a relaxed and informal time to learn and chat about literature which leads to open discussions and lessons that can be applied to  every day life.  

The Monday morning housegroup meets fortnightly in the comfort of one of the group members' homes at 09.30 for two hours. For further information and details of the next meeting please contact:

Lendrick Muir is a large estate within Muckhart Parish that has been owned and run by Scripture Union since 1998.  They offer a wide range of facilities for activity holidays including tree climbing, trail biking, sports hall and many more. This centre is regularly used by schools and church groups worldwide.  Muckhart Parish Church is their affiliated local church and their guests often worship with us on a Sunday.  For more information about Lendrick Muir go to or email
